Hard Card
The opposite of a flimsy. It is a heavy cardboard bingo card which has plastic shutters to cover the numbers when the bingo balls are picked.
Hardway Bingo
This is a straight line of correctly picked numbers without using the free space.
Heaven’s Gate
A slang term for the number seventy eight being called out.
Holy Grail
A pattern needed in Bingo to win the game. Match the numbers in the shape of a holy grail to win the top prize. The shape will be shown on the screen or before any bout in static, crazy and moving versions of Bingo.
Horse Bingo
Fifteen players are randomly selected numbers from 1-15. The numbers are drawn and when a player has five numbers in the correct boxes they win. It is a very fast paced game and one which is said to be akin to horse racing.
House
In Bingo, this is the hall or establishment which runs the game. It is also shouted by players when they fully complete the bingo card, which in turn wins the game
